Global Currency Forum 2026
Project
The Global Currency Forum 2026 was designed as much more than a traditional conference. The objective was to create a collaborative environment where the international currency ecosystem could meet, exchange knowledge, discover new solutions and build stronger connections.
Bringing together 430 delegates from 60 countries, including 143 representatives from central banks and state printing works, the forum created a unique platform for strategic conversations between public institutions, industry leaders and solution providers.
The programme combined inspiring keynote sessions, expert panels, interactive workshops, innovation sessions and partner showcases. The event experience was built around networking and engagement, ensuring participants had multiple opportunities to connect throughout the entire journey.
At the heart of the event was The Hub: a central exhibition and networking space connecting partners, delegates and industry experts. This dynamic area became the meeting point of the forum and played a key role in encouraging conversations, collaboration and business opportunities.
Solutions
OFCORES supported the Global Currency Forum 2026 with full-service event management, coordinating every step from preparation to onsite delivery.
Our team managed the complete participant journey, including venue coordination, accommodation management, supplier management, registration set-up, attendee communication, transportation, branding, exhibition production, partner coordination, catering, evening events and onsite logistics.
A strong focus was placed on creating an engaging and seamless event experience. The Hub was developed as a central point of interaction, combining exhibition booths, partner visibility, informal meetings and networking opportunities in one vibrant environment.
OFCORES coordinated a complex multi-format programme including plenary sessions, workshops, innovation sessions, partner meetings and networking activities. This required detailed management of event flows, technical production, speaker requirements, room coordination and onsite operations.
Digital engagement was also a key element of the experience, with a dedicated event app supporting attendees through personalised agendas, networking opportunities, live communication updates and practical information.
Beyond logistics, OFCORES helped transform the Global Currency Forum into a complete experience — bringing together content, technology, hospitality and networking to strengthen connections across the global currency community.
