Project

Knowledge for Growth is Europe's leading life sciences conference, bringing together biotech, pharma, medtech, agricultural and health-tech professionals to accelerate innovation and collaboration across the sector. Hosted annually in Antwerp at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Centre, the event welcomes hundreds of executives, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs and industry partners for a day of inspiring keynote sessions, networking opportunities and strategic business meetings.
For BIOVIA, Knowledge for Growth serves as an important platform to connect with the life sciences community, showcase innovation and engage with key stakeholders from across the biotech ecosystem.

Solutions

For Knowledge for Growth, OFCORES delivered end-to-end event support across registration, exhibition management and stage production.
We developed and managed a customized registration platform, handled delegate communications, reporting and financial follow-up, and provided a complete on-site badging solution including hardware and support staff. This ensured a seamless attendee experience from registration through to event check-in.
In parallel, we managed the exhibition environment from concept to execution. Our team designed the exhibition village, coordinated sponsors and exhibitors, created the partner manual, managed floorplan updates and oversaw booth construction, branding and print production.
To complete the experience, we designed and produced a customized stage setup that elevated the event's professional appearance and supported impactful presentations throughout the conference.
