NATO DIANA’s International Demo Days 2026 was a flagship international event created to showcase the progress and capabilities of DIANA’s 2026 innovator cohort.
The event connected innovators, investors, defence organisations, government representatives, NATO stakeholders and industry leaders, creating a unique environment where emerging technologies could be presented, discussed and accelerated.
The programme combined an opening networking reception, high-level speeches, product demonstrations, structured networking sessions, 150 innovator booths across 10 challenge areas, and an exclusive live demonstration by the French Army.

Solutions
OFCORES supported NATO DIANA with the complete design, planning and operational delivery of International Demo Days 2026, ensuring a seamless experience across two venues and multiple event formats.
Our team managed the full event coordination, including venue and supplier management, registration, attendee journey, branding implementation, signage and wayfinding, catering coordination, AV production, staffing, security coordination and onsite logistics.
A complete registration and communication journey was implemented, including a customised registration platform, attendee management, email communication, onsite support and live badge printing solutions to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
OFCORES also coordinated the event networking ecosystem through the integration of a dedicated event app, allowing participants to access the programme, connect with attendees and organise targeted meetings.
For the main event at Eurosatory, OFCORES managed a complex multi-room conference and exhibition format. 150 companies were hosted across 10 dedicated challenge rooms, each welcoming participants at their own networking booth/table. The format enabled direct exchanges between innovators, investors and defence stakeholders and supported meaningful collaboration opportunities.
The event experience was extended with a dedicated opening reception at La Felicità, including venue transformation, branding, speeches, catering and networking in a unique Parisian environment.
